The importance of MAINTAINING your physique.



Fellas, i stress this for both the real natural beginner and the advanced. Hormonized fellas you do what ever the fuck you guys do, but i still recommend this for you, unless you some scientist motherfucker. Ok fellas, guys when you make progress and get result, please, please do not let yourself go and get FAT and sloppy. Why the fuck you guys do this?! You just undid all the work you did before! Now old BC gonna be honest, you guys know and seen my pictures. You guys know i let myself get out of shape before, but atleast i gained muscle. But i only did this 3 times in the last 17 years! Fellas, it took me 8 months to go from 238lbs back to 213! 213lbs reasonable for me, but i should have never let myself get to 238! Way to heavy and fat for a fella like me at 6'1". Too much work to lost the fat. Is not worth it guys, and i lost most of the muscle i gained. Is not worth it i tell you. Fellas, when you make real natural progress, maintain your fucking diet! Atleast 75% clean eating! The rest ok, you guys can eat fast food and get drunk 3 days a week, but you HAVE to workout regular! Something atleast! Not just sex with your girlfriend you lazy bastard.
 Ok, is easier to keep yourself from gaining fat in teh first place! When you have to work it off, is much harder, ok? Im serious fellas, dont do this to yourself, you already worked hard, don fuck it up.
