Guys, I see this with alot of people, especially clients Ive had over the years. They believe theres no way they can overcome a problem, in this case relating to how they can break a plateau, that is keeping them from achieving their physique goal. Guys the key is not getting mad, continuing what you tried already, and certainly not thinking you already know everything. Guys nobody knows everything, i dont know everything, there is always something to learn. With bodybuilding and fitness alone there is alot of truth about how the body functions, theyre alot of facts, alot of very important key things you need to know in order to get results and the results you want. Does this sound a little discouraging? Yes, it can, and trust me even when i first started working out for many years i felt that way. Until i started learning more, on my own time, reading, and trial and error in the gym. Guys if you fuck up do something different! Look at what happened, dont ignore it. Thats learning.
