The difference between weight training and cardio.



So I thought this would be a good one to touch on. Many people get confused about this. People who want to lose fat think, " oh, i should do mostly alot of running, treadmill, and stairs. Thats all i should have to do." Well thats wrong. That kind of training alone(without weight training combined) will make you drop bodyweight, however, its also eating up your muscle mass which you NEED to reach the goal, that you most likely want.

Do NOT do just cardio by itself, unless you want to be a scrawny ass runner person who cant lift shit, and still, well sort of looks like shit. Dont do that!!! 

Here's what you should do. Start a basic weightraining program, 3 days a week minimum should do the trick. And cardio 2 days a week, 30 min each cardio session. If you want to do it same day as your weight training session thats fine, BUT you should do it either in the morning when you wake up OR imediately after your weight training session. That is scientifically most effective for bodyfat loss.

Also, you can lose bodyfat with weight training alone. This can work for both fat people and the people who are only trying to lose a few percent bodyfat in every month. But, your diet has to be on point, strict, no cheat meals on the regular unless you need it. And if you stay consistent with that and weight train hard and progress in volume and strength, you will lose bodyfat. You will keep the muscle but still lose fat. Do you understand the difference between cardio alone vs. Weight training? Theres a difference. Take that into consideration.

Do not judge people by how they look.

Fellas, i want to stress this. Even though im person in fitness industry, the very, shallow part of industry of tha world im in. People is not how someone looks on outside, the most important part is whats inside, who they are. You dont judge a person on how good they look, how there face look. The real thing that matter is who that person is. Are most of my friends goodlooking? Sure. They fucking model motherfuckers. But i didnt just judge them on their look, these are people that are real. Some of my friends look like shit, sorry guys. But they still my friends. Why? Because i know them for who they are. They are great people, smart, one of a kind.

They show me how much they know, their success. Guys, i teach everyone on this blog, how to be tha best, how to look the best they can be. Trust me, it make me happy if tomorrow everyone looking sexy. I be like, " woah, wtf!" I gonna want to get tips from you lol.  But guys, just remember, even if you look good , do not jugde other people on how they look, if anything you should help them look better.

My own story how i go into bodybuilding.



So guys, this is very personal. This is how i got into bodybuild, what started me on this journey. When i was young kid growing up, i was very skinny. Off course i got picked on, like everyone lol.

My dad was bodybuilding since probably 12 or 13. Thas how he met my mom. My dad grew up very poor, his father got murdered when my dad only 10 year old during a robbery. My dad grew up in 70s and he mainly admire bruce lee an arnold, so my dad start training at that age. 

My dad became bodybuild and he met my mom around 80s. My mom use to live in long beach and used to train at venice golds lol back in 80s.
My mom always told me this story, she went to a restuarant in venice and arnold was sitting next to her eating a steak with a bunch of "Vitamins" next to his plate lol. My mom told me she was too nervous to talk to him lol.

So fastforward many year, my mom met my dad at a sunnyvale gym, back in late 80s!. I don know wat was around then. Someone please educate me... Lol. Abyways, years later they have me! Old BC! Lol. Serious guys, am getting tire of this bullshit you fellas put me through. Anyways, they have me born april 11th 1990 at 6am, lol. I hate the morning time btw, don fucking talk to me then!


So anyways, fast forward years an years. From the time i was 5-6yo my parents force me to do, swimming, soccer, all this bullshIT!!!! I hate, i Hate it!!!

Not till i get to be 12 year old, my parent start finally let me decide fitness wise wat i want to do. My dad wanted me to get into wrestling, so i did in 7th grade. I did ok, but i quit. 8th grade i did better honestly, but is what taught me to be athlete not just bodybuild.

After that, i really got into bodybuild. I wanted to be like arnold and how my parents raised me to be.  I started lifting weights at the ymca before i was 13 years old. When i turn 13 my dad got my membership at golds gym mountain view.

After one year of training i watch "pumping iron" for first time, my dad and aunts laughed when they heard. Guys, my parents literally raise me to be bodybuild. There was no option lol. My parents forced it on me since young kid lol. Eat chicken, rice, broccoli.

But, i will tell you, i was so inspired after watching arnold in pumping iron. I was only 13, about to start highschool lol. I started reading all the books i could get my hand on. And i'll tell you right now, my parents didnt teach me everything about bodybuild, the books did. It wasnt what my parents taught me, it was what i read and realized what was real. Its also experience that most of you dont have. You take juice right of the bat, hey more power to you (fakes). But to each his own. Some of us fake it, some people dont. It would be SO easy to be a fake. Its funny because i see them all the time. 

Anyways, guys thats how i get into bodybuild. I didnt fake it! I mean really? All these postings. It comes to a point where theres just to much evidence i worked at a gym once in my life lol. Hey atleast i still look good. Dear god you guys reading this right now like " oh, thats not him?!?!" Well guess wat it is me writing this, you dumbass" and btw, anyone who wants to call me out... Do IT!!! Bro, i wanted to beat your ass since last year! Any fucking gym, on the street. I dont care, i wanna fuck u up more than u wanna fuck me up.

When you are WRONG about something...




Guys i think this is an important subject to touch on, not just for the sake of bodyduilding and fitness, but just for life in general. Guys, in life youre not going to always be right about everything. Its literally impossible. Sure, you might be a smart person and be right most of the time, but that doesnt mean you know everything, none of us do. That is why i feel it is very important that we admit our own mistakes to atleast ourselves, and realize that we were wrong when we are.

I know alot of you know i speak the truth in my posts on this blog. And I myself am not right all of the time, i make mistakes like everyone else. But i admit them.

Trust me, it can be hard. There have been times i thought one of my friends stole something from me. I thought to myself, " i know he did it!!!." And i even went up to them and accused them of it! However, there were times i turned out to be WRONG, i found whatever i thought they stole the next day. And guess how i felt... You think i felt good? No, i felt horrible. I even went to apologize to my friend, even if i didnt have to, and even if he didnt even know what it was about or forgot about it. That is the right thing to do people. Do not develop an ego that tells you that your mistakes are not your fault, that is very bad. Youre just leading yourself towards failure and you wont learn the important things you need to move forwards in life.

Bodyfat? Whats body fat? "What is bodyfat?" "How do i measure it?"




People, once again you guys are killing me with this shit. You think i have energy to write this shit?!!!! I dont!!!! And btw the you better be clicking my ads so i make some money off this. I am tire, TIRE!!!! Ok!!!! You think this is funny i try to help you PEOPLE!!!! You guys waiting every FUCKING night for me to post this shit. This free valuable information...i not even going to go on...

Anyways, guys and girls, you want to lose bodyfat! Not just weight! Ok, got it? There is this thing called body composition. It mean, what your body made up of, what percent hard lean tissue and what is made up of fat(bodyfat). If you overweight it means your bodyfat is high, and lean tissue(bone and muscle mass) is lower. Please do not pay attention whenever you hear "BMI" thats fu king bullshit. Stands for "bitch mass index" dont try me people... So dont ask me whats BMI, you really want answer?

Anyways, to lower bodyfat%. And this goes for me too, i want to decrease my bodyfat. Guys and girls, this does not mean get on scale and just see how much weight you can drop! no, no,NO!!!! People, ideally you want weight on scale to stay same and bodyfat go DOWN!!!! Yes!!!! That is perfect!!! Ok. That mean you keep all your muscle but bodyfat(the stuff you dont want) goes down!!!! You going to look much better and i guarantee you gonna like the way you look much more. The stomach, lower back, ass and thigh gonna look much tighter. Even the face! Especially for me, i don know if you guys can tell from my old pictures, but i actually store fat in my face, my cheeks, even around my eyes! But i dont store much bodyfat in my arms! Its just my genetics, everyone different but some similarity.

Men store most fat in stomach and lower back! Women store most fat in stomach and upper thighs, and ass.

So i give you guys quick advice, not get to complicate for now. I eleborate more later. Read old posts too. Guys get on scale an weigh yourself. Take the weight! Now, start 3 weeks eating healthy. Now, heres the tip, look at your body and find areas where you dont have much fat, pinch the skin! Notice how some places dont have much fat deposit? Hmmm?... Ok pay attention to those areas, because those areas gonna be where you lose fat first. No, i didnt say pinch your cock skin you dumbass. Pinch places like upper chest, neck! The front of you shin(front of calf) pay attention. Places where you might see a vein showing, thats thin skin, less fat! If you notice fat you pinch is going down that is good! DO NOT pinch areas where you have most fat, such as stomach, lower back or ass! Where you have most fat is gonna be the last your body burn off. Get it? Plus you gonna get discouraged! The human body has fat store areas, which are meant for survival. Fat is energy! Its meant to help us keep going when we starve nearly to death. Your human body does not want to die. And fun fact, that is why an overweight person would actually survive a very long time in a situation where there is no food.(of course you gotta have water) but is true.

So there it is people, you want lean stomach? You gonna have to stay consistent. The lowest fat areas on your body will get lean first! The highest fat storage areas get lean last! There is no do crunches daily and you get six pack by end of the month lol. Thats bullshit guys, you here that from. The liar filth, the people selling supplements, they dont even tell you how many steroids, fat burners, growth hormore, and diuretics they taking while they lie in these commercials, especially the women!!! Its bullshit to get regular naive people to feel like shit so they buy into it!!! Dont believe it EVER!!! If you read a fucking science book about human metabolism you guys would die laughing at these people. Guys, its the same about how cigarettes increase the risk of lung cancer! Its not fake, its science! Its fact! Does cigarette smoking guarantee you get lung cancer? No, but thats also a fucking FACT! See what im saying guys.

Tip for making your waist look smaller and your shoulders look WIDER.




Fellas, i speak to you guys late at night. Some of you guys big, big as fuck , muscular but you have NO shape! Ok, i want to teach you guys something, this even go for fat guys. Guys, to bring out your physique to maximum, waist have to look small and shoulder WIDE! Even for smaller guys too!

This is how you do it, for big muscular guy who lean, first off, no more god damn deadlift and squat, you already have the size! This shit building up your core and abs making it huge! Lol. Large muscular ab= bigger, thicker waist!!!! And delt look smaller. Guys, waist size increase= shoulder width decrease!!!!! And vice versa, shoulder width decrease, waist size increase!!! It dont matter if you have six pack!!! Stop doing this!!!!!

Second, for fat guy, first off, focus on dropping bodyfat, this automatic gonna help you attract americana whore. Focus losing bodyfat then you can add weighttraining later if you dont have time, focus on eating good! Healthy. And dont starve yourself, do what i just told you.

Third, smaller guy, you already lean, hopefully decent base if you already have. Ok, this gonna be easy for you. You don have to worry about fat loss, this benefit for you. Focuse on building muscle in your shoulder, your delt!!!! Military press and side lateral!!!! Work your ab, but not too much!!!! Now the smaller lean guy, you can do some deadlift! Dont get to crazy other wise you end up like both guy i mention before, pay attention. Just work on deadlift till you gain a little more size, an then stop ok.

Ok fellas, that is the lesson for tonight. Key things remember, wide shoulder= smaller waist. Smaller waist = wide shoulder! Wide shoulder and small waist perfect! That is the lesson. Oh btw, this has nothing to do with arm size ok, big arms not gonna help with thos problem so get that outa your mind ok, this mainly have to do with shoulders and waist! That create shape for whole body ok. Don think you gonna build up arms alone and get shape, you not!!!

Never underestimate your ability to learn.



Guys, I see this with alot of people, especially clients Ive had over the years. They believe theres no way they can overcome a problem, in this case relating to how they can break a plateau, that is keeping them from achieving their physique goal. Guys the key is not getting mad, continuing what you tried already, and certainly not thinking you already know everything. Guys nobody knows everything, i dont know everything, there is always something to learn. With bodybuilding and fitness alone there is alot of truth about how the body functions, theyre alot of facts, alot of very important key things you need to know in order to get results and the results you want. Does this sound a little discouraging? Yes, it can, and trust me even when i first started working out for many years i felt that way. Until i started learning more, on my own time, reading, and trial and error in the gym. Guys if you fuck up do something different! Look at what happened, dont ignore it. Thats learning.

How be become a fake natural bodybuilder.


Fellas, i. Going to tell you right now how to boost your ego and business to the MAX! Fellas, this blog only for individuals who want to learn, the secrets of bodybuild. This blog is not to tell everyone what to do. You are my pupils, i know you listen to old BC. Fellas, the main filth in Bodybuild is the fake naturals, the instagram model, the youtube fitness expert whose does it for main job! They going to give you advice, they going to give you workout videos. Fellas lets examine this more.
 Ok i tell you how to be like these guys if you want to be. Do not share this information if this what you want to do. Old BC make this blog for the people who want to know the real truth, and my clients aswell, i tell them everything. If you fellas want to get hormonized, that gou choice. You can do what you want to do.

Step 1. Train natural for atleast 1 year. This give you good base, then After that you take hormone after you understand how to train.

Step 2. Research basic nutrition. Learn how to eat propper.

Step 3. Find out source for hormonas. Fellas, you have to find other hormonized fellas, preferably fake naturals. Could be trainer, could be bodybuild. You find them at gym. Look around and you will learn.

Step 4. Get the hormonas, start out with light hormone, such as anavara. You dont want to take to much otherwise people like old BC gonna know you juicing.

Step 5. Keep training, and then slowly up the dose and add other hormonas, testosternona e 200mg per week for 3month. After that cycle do winstrol(oral) 15mg per day, which will give more definition and leaness. Fellas you don want to make it obvious you hormonized otherwise no one gonna believe you natural, lol.

Step 6. Lie, lie, lie! Fellas, you want to be a fake natural, you gonna have to lie ALOT! Tell everyone youre natural an you never took hormone.drug free the way to be for you.

Step 7. Do not take trenbolona right away! Fellas it gonna be obvious you hormonized if you been lifting for 1 year and all of a sudden you ripped, skin look like plastic, an you got a new vein running from upper mid delt that pop out down to your lower bicep, lol. Fellas, dont make this shit obvious lol. Old BC gonna be cracking up.

Step 8. Clear out your system before you compete in "natural" show. Fellas this very important, you have to pass either polygraph test or urine. Make sure your system clean! Come off hormonas atleast 1month advance from testing. A lie detector test is iQ test fellas, get it?

Ok fellas thats the basic. I honestly don want anyone to do this, unless you want to be filth. But im still goin to give you guys this information because that is what old BC do, tell the truth.

The importance of MAINTAINING your physique.



Fellas, i stress this for both the real natural beginner and the advanced. Hormonized fellas you do what ever the fuck you guys do, but i still recommend this for you, unless you some scientist motherfucker. Ok fellas, guys when you make progress and get result, please, please do not let yourself go and get FAT and sloppy. Why the fuck you guys do this?! You just undid all the work you did before! Now old BC gonna be honest, you guys know and seen my pictures. You guys know i let myself get out of shape before, but atleast i gained muscle. But i only did this 3 times in the last 17 years! Fellas, it took me 8 months to go from 238lbs back to 213! 213lbs reasonable for me, but i should have never let myself get to 238! Way to heavy and fat for a fella like me at 6'1". Too much work to lost the fat. Is not worth it guys, and i lost most of the muscle i gained. Is not worth it i tell you. Fellas, when you make real natural progress, maintain your fucking diet! Atleast 75% clean eating! The rest ok, you guys can eat fast food and get drunk 3 days a week, but you HAVE to workout regular! Something atleast! Not just sex with your girlfriend you lazy bastard.
 Ok, is easier to keep yourself from gaining fat in teh first place! When you have to work it off, is much harder, ok? Im serious fellas, dont do this to yourself, you already worked hard, don fuck it up.
