Next, fellas you need to know that STRESS burns calories! Thats a fcking work out on is own. I not bullshit you. How you think i stay so lean? Haha. Seriously though, if you work a high stress job, that still alot of physical work ok. Listen to me fellas. You can still lose weight if you dont get to tha gym. Main thing, eat healthy! Give your body good food, not some piece of shit food. Remember!, even an inshape fella gonna get fat from eating chips and soda! Only exceptions are a skinny guy who cant gain shit, but remember, that guy never got fat before! YOU did. So let that be a lesson fellas, trust me im tire of eating the same shit evertday, but its reality. I want to maintain my shape so i do what i know i need to do, i dont fuckn cry about it like some people. This is the science behind how the body works, how the body's metabolism works, old bc doesnt just make this crap up, its real, its science facts, ok. So my advice to you is to try this for a few weeks, 3 weeks atleast. And most important try not to eat fastfood! No chips! And please no god damn fucking soda period! You guys killing me with this SHIT! Serious, old bc is getting tired of this bitch ass shit, you cry, cry, CRY! Like fucking baby! Fellas please, you sicken old bc with this.
