Bodybuilding is like a puzzle.


Bodybuilding is like a puzzle, there isnt one exact way to solve it, there are atleast several. And not only that, there are multiple components to each solution. You have 1. Training, 2. Diet, 3. Rest. And if you are using steroids to reach your goals, that will be 4.(if not, leave that out.) And each one of these components is almost its own puzzle, sounds complicated doesnt it? Well it takes knowledge to understand what to do...
so we have these components and we have to put them in the right places in order to solve this puzzle, in this case the completely solved puzzle represents the results we want to achieve.


How do you do this? Well for 1. Training, learn how to train correctly and efficiently. Read bodybuilding books, watch youtube videos on how to perform exercises correctly, hire a trainer with real bodybuilding experience and who looks the part.

For 2. Diet, research some bodybuilding meal plans online, read about basic nutrition, what is protein, carbs, fats, etc. Find someone with good bodybuilding or fitness experience and ask them for advice. Once again make sure they look the part. If a fat person is preaching nutrition advice, stay away!

Number 3. Rest, take atleast one day full rest each week when you begin your workout routine. You wont get stronger bigger muscles if you overload your body. And your fatloss will cease too. Your workouts wont progress if youre too tired to even do the workout. Get it?

And 4. Steroids, growth hormone, and other drugs. Now many people do reach their fitness goals faster with the use of these drugs, but the results usually will go away completely if you cut down on the dosage and stop training. You need to know what the fuck you are doing with this stuff or you will take it and end up looking like shit, and then even worse when you stop taking it. Beginners stay away from this stuff. But like i said theres many solutions to this bodybuilding puzzle, you just have to find the correct solution that works best for you.
