You probably think homeless people don't workout, but you're wrong. I was shocked when I met Andrew, a 60 year old homeless veteran who served in Vietnam. I saw this guy pumping up next to a Chinese restaurant in the middle of the day. He says he does 2 sets of push-ups twice a day to build and maintain his strength. Just goes to show no matter what your age or living situation you can still get your exercise in.
