Does it work?

Does it work, or does it not work? That's a good question to ask yourself when working out on your own or following someone else's workout routine. Well the answer is simple. Did you get where you wanted to go? Did you even get results? Lol. And if you didn't keep track of your workouts... how can you even tell? Lol. Well there's an answer, If you go back to old workouts you used to do and you can beat them with weight and reps then yes your shit worked. Plain and simple. However, did you moniter your weight and bodyfat? Hmm, if not just think back to your worst weight or think back to your best weight. Compare that to where you are now. At that chosen weight were you as fit as you are now? If you're stronger and leaner now, you are better now. Keep your body fat down and your lifts up, if you can keep increasing the weight you can do and/or your bodyfat keeps going down then it's working.
