Ever seen someone who is always complaining they don't have enough time(even though they realistically do) to get simple stuff done, yet they are the same person who intentionally(unknowingly in a way?) wastes their own time getting simple stuff done, over, and over, and over again, some times for literally years. And I'm not even talking about a lazy or slacker type person.

That is crazy to me personally. Because the amount of time they spend complaining pretty much equals the amount of time they waste getting whatever it is done lol, When they already know how to do it!. I mean it can be funny but not after like years... I just witnessed this behavior again today.
