I think especially in these current times, people are forgetting that words can describe how they act and behave.

 

 My roommate from Michoacan, literally just made the spiciest pasta I've ever had in my life. I'm still sweating lol.

 Dug up another picture of me at 18yo weighing 185lbs. Back then I wish I had the size I have now. But now, I wish I was this lean. My metabolism was very fast at 18 and on top of that, I ate extremely clean and did not drink alcohol at all.

Well guys, unfortunately Operation Burn Beer Belly has been taking much, much longer than planned. But the mission certainly has not failed.

 

Random fact I learned today.

 Alkaline water's high pH level can dry out and irritate your skin, especially if you use it for bathing. If your skin's pH balance is too alkaline, it can also look red and flaky. However, alkaline water doesn't pose any serious health risks unless you have kidney disease.
