Hello, my name is Brandon Cheng. I'm a physique artist, amateur boxer, and personal trainer in California. I've been working out since I was 12 years old(born in 1990), and have been a personal trainer since 2012. Over the years I have worked at several gyms as well as trained clients in their own homes and online. I strive to give my clients the best results they can possibly achieve and provide the best, true information about bodybuilding to those who want to learn it. I also am here to expose the filth that plagues bodybuilding and the fitness industry these days. I share some of the darkest secrets of bodybuilding and the fitness industry, that no trainer or bodybuilder wants you to know or will tell you.
