Training Review - K. Doyle
I worked out with Brandon for a solid 6 months, 3 x week. I was coming up on my 52nd b-day and I'd gotten into that "corporate routine". It showed: soft, out of shape, no energy. We spoke on the phone, met up for an evaluation and talked about my goals. He came up with a plan and a time frame. We knocked a 34 waist back down to a real 30.. and added 8-10 lbs of lean muscle, it was all good. He really listened and didn't cut me any slack - I appreciate the fact he didn't buy into my "excuses". There's not a lot of chit-chat going on -- you're there to meet your goals and he's a serious guy. Good, hard, workouts.. and always pushing. I've had many trainers over the years, done the boot-camp intensives. Brandon is up there with the best. He understand the way you look is a reflection of his knowledge.
