Drinking while training for a fitness event. Consuming alcohol over the course of your training would to most bodybuilders, be a serious no no. However as long as the effects do not cause a lack of progress one can technically Make gains while drinking. You also have to take into account that alcohol has carbs and the nutrient alcohol which yields 7 calories per g.
